In a world where digital payment is becoming the new norm, KWF Cancer Foundation was looking for a new approach to collect donations. The reason? Because people are paying less and less with cash. More than three quarters of the transactions nowadays are by debit card or smartphone. The solution? The QR donation sign! A safe, efficient and user-friendly solution. EMP Brandkeepers, as a trusted partner of KWF, took care of the entire production and logistics process. Read the case to see how we made it happen.

In addition to developing and producing the sustainable QR sign and all related charity materials, the priority was on the logistics process. Each fundraiser has to have their own QR sign and a unique QR code sticker.
We then set up a link between the EMP Brand Portal and the IT partner of KWF Cancer Foundation. Fundraisers can sign up on the website kwfcollecte.nl. Here, data is converted into mail packs in the Brand Portal. Fundraisers receive their unique QR code and collection materials by post. All online orders are processed and shipped the same day. We had a supporting role in this.
