EMP Brandkeepers developed a customised Brand Portal for Accor’s hotel brands in Benelux. This allows over 135 hotels in the Benelux countries to easily order their own corporate identity materials.

EMP advised Accor to organise the printing for six of their hotel brands, including Ibis, Novotel, Mercure and Pullman, more smartly. Each hotel needed its own materials, but separate orders were expensive, time consuming and error prone. There was a need for overview, consistency and cost savings.
EMP Brandkeepers developed a central Brand Portal in which each hotel can only access its own brand and location-specific material. This includes stationery, key card covers, laundry lists, door hangers and posters, all in the correct house style.
The Brand Portal allows hotels to place individual orders at any time. Furthermore, a possibility was also developed to collect all orders from member hotels at once through a six-monthly inventory. We check all the input, combine volumes by brand and arrange procurement. After a final approval from Accor, the orders go into production. Delivery takes place in two phases so that hotels are not overwhelmed with large volumes all at once.
